One of the most commonly asked questions about whether or not hypnotherapy can help you is 'how many sessions will I need?'
Because everyone is different it's not possible to say precisely how many sessions any individual therapy will take.
The exception is smoking cessation. It usually takes just one two hour session.
The treatment you receive with hypnotherapy is widely recognised as one of the quickest and most effective forms of personal therapy available. Just a few sessions can bring about the most remarkable results.
A lot of therapist will list common problems which can be helped with the use of hypnotherapy, however, it is true to say that a qualified therapist can help with stress, anxiety and most mind related matters.
